Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Delivery Methods

  • Digital Delivery (Default): The completed sworn translation document is uploaded as a PDF to your platform account; a delivery notification is sent to your registered email address. You can download the document from your account at any time.
  • Office Collection: You can collect your document by appointment from our Istanbul office (Mesihpaşa Mah. Mesihpaşa Cad. No:1 Erseven Business Center, Suite 12, Fatih / Istanbul). To book an appointment, contact us via WhatsApp on +90 535 934 50 84. There is no additional charge for office collection.
  • Courier Delivery: Dispatch to the address you specify via a contracted courier. The shipping fee is shown at the time of order and is borne by the Buyer. Delivery time depends on the courier's schedule (typically 1-3 business days).

2. Standard Delivery Times

  • The translation process begins after payment is confirmed.
  • Standard service: 2-5 business days (may vary depending on document complexity and workload).
  • Express service: The period stated at the time of order applies.
  • Delivery may be extended on public holidays or due to force majeure; you will be notified by email.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Digital delivery: Free
  • Office collection: Free
  • Courier delivery: Current shipping fee shown on the order screen; customers are notified in advance of any changes.
  • International delivery: Additional fee applies; price communicated upon request.

4. Free Correction for Translation Errors

If the delivered translation contains an error caused by the sworn translator (translator mistake, omitted section, wrong language pair, etc.), the following process applies:

  • Within 7 days of delivery, send an email to ceviri@canturkceviri.com specifying the error and sharing the relevant section.
  • Your request will be reviewed and a response provided within 1 business day.
  • If the error is confirmed, the corrected document will be delivered within 3 business days. The correction is free of charge.
  • If correction is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund Conditions

  • Cancellation before translation begins (within 2 hours of payment confirmation): Full refund. Submit your request to ceviri@canturkceviri.com.
  • After translation has begun: No refund due to the customised nature of the service (exception under Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(1)(g)).
  • Erroneous translation: Full refund if an error is confirmed through the free correction process above.
  • Courier damage: Refund/replacement assessed under courier insurance if the document is damaged during physical delivery.

6. Refund Process

  • Once a refund is approved, it is returned via the original payment method:
  • Bank transfers are reflected in your account within 2-3 business days after the process is completed.
  • Card payments: a refund is initiated via iyzico's infrastructure and may be reflected in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
