Frequently asked questions
How long does my translation take?
Standard documents are delivered within 1-3 business days. For long or specialised documents, the deadline is confirmed at order approval and tracked live in your panel.
How does notarization work?
Simply tick "Add notarization" in your order. Once your translation is complete, we handle certification at our partner notary and deliver the notarized document the way you choose.
How can I pay?
We currently accept bank transfer (IBAN); you upload your receipt at the final order step. Online card payment (iyzico) is coming soon.
How does courier delivery work?
Your wet-signed and notarized documents are shipped via our partner courier. The fee appears in your order summary, and you receive a tracking number by e-mail once shipped.
Can I request a refund or correction?
Factual errors in the translation are corrected free of charge. If you cancel before translation starts, the full amount is refunded; details are in the Distance Sales Agreement.
How is the privacy of my documents protected?
Your documents are stored encrypted; only you, the assigned translator and authorised staff can access them. They are processed under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and never shared with third parties.

How do I track my order?
Every order gets a tracking code like CT-2026-0001. You can see the live status on your My Account page and receive an e-mail at every stage.
