These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the canturkceviri.com platform operated by Muhammet Mildan — CanTürk Immigration and Education Consultancy ("CanTürk Tercüme" or "we"). By registering on the platform or purchasing a service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Membership

  • You must be over 18 years of age and hold a valid email address to register on the platform.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (password, two-factor authentication) confidential.
  • Accounts impersonating another person, containing misleading information or created for unlawful purposes will be immediately closed.
  • To deactivate your account, write to ceviri@canturkceviri.com.

2. Scope of Service

  • CanTürk Tercüme provides certified document translation signed and stamped by a sworn translator in 42 languages, optional notarisation, and digital/in-office/courier delivery services.
  • Translation services are customised for each order; the delivery period begins after order confirmation.
  • The scope of service is limited to the service description shown at the time of each order.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) inclusive of VAT.
  • Prices are calculated based on the number of pages in the uploaded document, document type, language pair and any additional services.
  • Prices may change before an order is completed; the binding price is the amount shown on the order confirmation screen.
  • Systematic price manipulation (e.g. sending artificially low prices via API) will result in order cancellation and account suspension.

4. Payment

  • Bank transfer (EFT): IBAN TR26 0006 2000 0050 0006 6296 93 (Garanti BBVA, Muhammet Mildan). The order number must be included in the payment description; otherwise the order will not be processed.
  • Card payment (iyzico): When active, processed securely through the platform.
  • The translation process does not begin until payment is confirmed.

5. Uploaded Documents and User Responsibilities

  • You may only upload genuine documents belonging to you (or to a person you legally represent).
  • Uploading forged, altered or third-party documents is unlawful; legal proceedings will be initiated and the service will be immediately cancelled.
  • The user is responsible for the original language, content and integrity of uploaded documents.
  • Uploading malware, viruses or malicious content is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All software, design, logo, text and content belonging to the platform is the intellectual property of CanTürk Tercüme and may not be copied, distributed or reproduced without permission.
  • The translated document produced by the sworn translator is transferred to the order owner upon full payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CanTürk Tercüme is responsible for the accuracy of translations produced by sworn translators; a free correction right is provided for erroneous translations.
  • No liability is accepted where the user provides incorrect or incomplete information, the original document is illegible, or force majeure applies.
  • No compensation may be claimed for service interruptions, technical failures or disruptions caused by third-party providers; however, the order period will be extended accordingly.
  • Total liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the relevant order.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or closed without notice for breach of these terms, unlawful activity or abuse of the system. The refund policy applies to ongoing orders.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction for disputes. Consumer protection legislation remains reserved.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Material changes will be notified by registered email; updated terms take effect from the publication date.
