Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014, No. 29188).

2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement governs the mutual rights and obligations relating to the sale and delivery of certified document translation signed by a sworn translator, which the Buyer orders electronically through the canturkceviri.com platform.
3. Service and Price
- Service: Customised sworn document translation based on the document type, number of pages, language pair and additional options selected on the order screen.
- Price: The amount displayed on the order confirmation screen in Turkish Lira (TRY) inclusive of VAT. This amount forms an integral part of the agreement.
- Any notarisation, shipping or additional service fees are stated separately.
4. Payment Terms
- Bank transfer (EFT): To IBAN TR26 0006 2000 0050 0006 6296 93 (Garanti BBVA, Muhammet Mildan), with the order number in the payment description.
- Card payment: Via iyzico infrastructure; card details are not stored by the Seller.
- The translation process begins after payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
- Digital Delivery: The completed translation is uploaded to the Buyer's platform account and a notification is sent to the registered email address. Standard delivery is 2-5 business days from payment confirmation (for express orders, the period stated at the time of order applies).
- Office Collection: Available by appointment at Mesihpaşa Mah. Mesihpaşa Cad. No:1 Erseven Business Center, Suite 12, Fatih / Istanbul.
- Courier Delivery: Dispatched to the Buyer's specified address via a contracted courier; shipping costs are borne by the Buyer and stated at order time.
- Delivery may be extended in cases of force majeure or public holidays; the Buyer will be notified.
6. Right of Withdrawal and EXCEPTION
Pursuant to Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation: the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to goods or services prepared in accordance with the consumer's request or clearly their personal needs.
Sworn document translation is a service customised for each Buyer based on the original document uploaded, the language pair chosen and the document type. Therefore:
- Once an order is confirmed and the translation process has begun, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
- The Buyer expressly acknowledges this exception when completing the order wizard.
However, if translation has not yet started (within 2 hours of payment confirmation), you may request a full refund by contacting ceviri@canturkceviri.com.
7. Erroneous or Incomplete Translation
If the delivered translation is defective due to the sworn translator's error, the Buyer may request a free correction within 7 days of delivery by contacting ceviri@canturkceviri.com. A full refund will be made if correction is not possible.
8. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

- Consumers may refer disputes to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Courts.
- For consumers residing in Istanbul, the relevant Istanbul District Consumer Arbitration Committee has jurisdiction.
9. Acceptance
By completing the order wizard, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted this agreement, and in particular that they expressly acknowledge the withdrawal right exception. The agreement text is sent to the Buyer's registered email address after order confirmation and is accessible in their platform account.
